Privacy and your enquiry

We use the information you provide in the enquiry form to review your requirements and contact you about your order. The information is available only to authorized site administrators. We do not sell enquiry information.

Visit statistics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 and analytics cookies to measure visits, approximate countries, traffic sources, pages viewed and engagement time. We also measure successful enquiry submissions and clicks on email or WhatsApp links. We do not send enquiry contents, names, email addresses or telephone numbers to Google Analytics. Refusing statistics does not affect browsing or enquiries. You can change your choice using Statistics preferences at the bottom of any page. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. A WhatsApp click does not reveal the visitor’s number to us.

Retention and your choices

Your statistics preference is stored for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured to expire after 180 days. GA4 user and event data are retained according to the retention setting in our Analytics account; aggregated reports may be retained longer. Enquiries are retained as needed for follow-up and business records. To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry data, email info@ulinkindustry.com.
